85/100- 200kgs per drum
APPLICATION
Bitumen grade 60/70 is a penetration-grade bitumen that is used for construction of roads, airports and other similar applications.
Recommended Spraying Temperature: 160-200, °C
Recommended Mixing Temperature: 140-160, °C
SS-1 Anionic Asphalt Emulsion
SS-1 anionic bitumen emulsion is emulsified asphalt containing minimum 57% bitumen. It is a low viscosity emulsion used mainly for prime coating in place of cutback asphalt.
APPLICATION
SS-1 is sprayed at ambient temperature at a rate of 0.50 to 1.00 liters per square meter. Generally, a rate of 0.7 liters per square meter is used.
CSS-1 Cationic Asphalt Emulsion
CSS-1 cationic bitumen emulsion is emulsified asphalt containing minimum 57% bitumen. It is a low viscosity emulsion used mainly for prime coating in place of cutback asphalt.
APPLICATION
CSS-1 is sprayed at ambient temperature at a rate of 0.50 to 1.00 liters per square meter. Generally, a rate of 0.7 liters per square meter is used.
Oxidized Bitumen 115/15
Oxidized Bitumen is a durable, water-resistant, flexible and chemically stable material. It is widely used as an anti-slip compound in the piling industry, for sound-dampening felts and under-carriage sealant in the automobile industry, for roofing felts and for electrical cable protection. It is also used in the manufacture of bituminous mastic for oil and gas pipeline joints. In the Philippines, it is also used for cement block joint sealers
APPLICATION
Oxidized Bitumen is broken up into small pieces and heated slowly to the application temperature of 220 to 250 and should be heated to temperature not exceeding 270.
Oxidized Bitumen 115/15
APPLICATION
Medium Curing cutback bitumen or MC 70 are used for sealant purposes, prime and tack coats, crack filling, and for mixing with gravel to patch holes in pavements.
APPLICATION
Use to repair potholes on roadways, parking lots, jogging, bicycle and walking paths, driveways and other asphalt and concrete pavements.
